I have had a great week off although I did have an ACLS class/recertification on Tuesday (I passed both written and the mega code) and went to the Nursing Home today to help orient my replacement. Otherwise, it has been really nice to piddle around. I did manage to exercise several times this week and wanted to go this evening. However, a rarity of late known as rain will most likely keep me indoors this evening. I watched a movie last night called Crash and it wasn't anything like that *ahem* other movie similarly entitled. Not that I expected that it would be but still I can't see that title without thinking about "that weird James Spader movie" Of course, now you are probably thinking, "which weird James Spader movie?". Anyway, I highly recommend this movie (the current Crash movie). It was rather realistically dark and depressing at times but, still, excellent. I also watched a movie on Lifetime called Ambulance Girl. Now, granted, I don't usually watch Lifetime movies because they can be rather over the top melodramatic but this movie had Kathy Bates in it and I have always liked her. I definitely recommend this as well. There were a couple of melodramatic moments that I saw coming, but, overall it was an endearing and funny story. I also watched a science channel thing called, "I am my own twin" but I won't go into those details...LOL.

For my chatty friends, I won't be there tomorrow evening as Friday night begins my "stretch". I will be catching sci-fi Friday on Monday as well so I will have to forego reading any LJ impressions till then. Will I be able to stand it! I can't believe we are mid season already!!! (And that we are at the point of having to wait till January.)Good grief, DZ is over and BSG, Gate, and Atlantis are soon to be. Whatever will I watch?
