Torchwood

Sure, I'm a day or two behind but, by golly, Torchwood is still delivering week after week. It's stressing me out! (but in a good way)

Seriously, I found myself yelling at the tv. Again.

I've yet to catch up on the eps. They are on my "libary" on my digital box.

Mum has stopped watching the show. The images of the soulless people were giving her nightmares.

A woman we know was complaining last night that some of the homosexual aspects were to much for her 11 year old girls and that it was way over the top. We pointed out that the show does go out after the 9pm watershed.

Yeah, there were some *ahem* scenes early on but that hasn't really been repeated, actually...at least thus far. So I don't think they have gone over the top for that. And, this is Torchwood. With Captain Jack. On Starz. She has watched the show before, right?

She doesn't find some of the more gruesome aspects too much for her girls? I've seen some things that were too much for me..LOL!

We did'nt really talk about the show other than what I just mentioned.

One guy I work with has a 4 year old who lives, and breaths Dr Who. She also loves Torchwood. LOL she could hold a very sensible discussion with you on all things related to Dr Who! Anyway Simon lets her watch Torchwood but if things get over the top for her age he takes her into the kitchen until things calm down a bit.

The ep where the Doctor died just stunned me. I can't believe they went that far. After the show ended I just sat there stunned on the couch. Every since the show started I wondered who would be the first to die.

This week when that young agent had to kill that white collar guy to rescue Rex was just heartbreaking.

The previews for next look intriquing. What is Gwen going to do?

Well, they have went that far in the past, I think. Or are you referring to how she died. That was a total punch in the gut for me. I felt bad for Esther but I felt satisfaction when she took him out. I am sure I was yelling at the tv during those scenes.

I just loved it when Rex identified himself with Torchwood instead of the CIA.

I haven't watched this week's yet. Maybe tonight. And, sorry I missed your ping. It seems I am always signed in to messenger for some odd reason.
