Well, I've never been a fan of peanut butter cookies but since I discovered the Peanut Butter &Co and such favors as white chocolate wonderful and dark chocolate dream, I've become more of a fan. Next I'm gonna try the cinnamon raisin swirl peanut butter. I just didn't have enough of that to make a batch.

But the recipe is this:

One cup of peanut butter
One cup of sugar (but I used a half cup of the Splenda/sugar blend instead)
One egg

You mix it all together, drop them on a cookie sheet (I then used a fork to create that crisscross thing), and bake for 15-17 minutes at 325 degrees. Seriously, this morning I had some mixed and in the oven in the time it took my coffee to brew. It makes a little over a dozen.

I've watched your video a few times today. Love it.
