Birthday greetings!

Birthday wishes and all the best for my dear friend de23!! Is it my imagination or are these things coming around faster and faster? Don't ask me how old you are as, apparently, I can't even keep up with my own age.

No, seriously, this week when I went to get the car insured a lady who works there (who was my Sunday school teacher) says with no small amount of shock, "you're FORTY FOUR!!!!!"

Now I'd like to think her shock was all "oh my gosh you are really 44. No Way!" But I suspect it was more "oh my gosh you are getting old! How old does this make me?"

If she's asked me that before MLK weekend I'd have been all, no I going to be 44 but since you all set me straight.......

thanks for the birthday wishes! we went out to eat and had a lot of not-clean food (cheescake!) And today Im sick. Oh, well it was fun in the short term
