Isn't it the way....

That, just when you have a little extra money, something breaks requiring expensive repairs.

I save for Christmas every year with a Christmas club account. I received that money last week. This week my car decides to act wonky requiring repairs that are going to cost over $500. Needless to say, I wasn't surprised...LOL!

Ah well...such is life. (shrugs)

In other irritating news, the weather is conspiring against me. Cold and rainy all week, yet, I hear it is supposed to clear up tomorrow. This seemed to happen last week, too. And the week before that. Anyway, it's fine for it to be icky since I have had assignments to do but it is severely impacting my exercise goals!  I could go to the gym but, oh wait, I don't have a car. Maybe I will get my car back today and go this evening.

And I do believe that I have topped myself in regards to completely boring posts! I noticed that it has been two years today since I started posting to LJ. It was fun to go back and read a few of those posts. I wonder just how long they archive them for? I wonder if there is a way to save them to your computer in case they are purged after a certain period of time?

Now, back to work on my test!
