Scary!

Well, this is concerning.....especially since I practically live right on the Cumberland River.

I have been studying today though I still have tons more reading to do. I spent a fair amount of time marking the numerous assignments on my calendar. I have to see the month at a glance to know what is going to happen next.  I also managed a workout as well. I feel fairly productive though I wish I had gotten farther on my reading. Oh well, there is always tomorrow....unless I am swept away in the night. (shudders) I wonder if the professor will cut you some slack due to catastrophic events?

Well, I think we're far enough away to not fear for our house, but downtown Clarksville --- aaiiieee. It has flooded over Riverside drive from just a lot of rain before.

Meep!! I was just at Lake Cumberland before Christmas. My best friend lives right there by it, and we went to this restaurant that overlooks the lake (though it's on the other side of the lake from the dam). Hopefully they'll manage to take care of it so it won't flood, because that does not sound good!

That news looks a bit worrisome but at least they are working on it.
