Smegging the day away..sorta.

Though I have managed to do a fair amount of laundry, clean out a closet, exercise, AND babysit Abby this morning, I have totally blew off studying and, therefore, am full of guilt. Only someone with an overactive guilt complex would say that! LOL. Perhaps, I am feeling guility because I spent an inordinate amount of time making one icon. ONE. I decided to go all out with my first real icon evah by making it an animated one. The original icon was veddy nice but it was 250K and, therefore, had to be adjusted and pared down to meet the 40K requirement. I am sure there is some way to not sacrifice anything. I just don't know it...LOL! I see I am going to have to be aware of text size. It isn't quite big enough in some of it.

Today is beautiful and more like spring. I hope the trees that were nipped in the bud recover. Otherwise, there's going to be a fair amount of puny looking trees for the spring and summer.


ETA: Oh my, I just heard about that school shooting! How terrible :-(

Oh yes! And the commentaries, and the smeg outs, and the deleted scenes, and all the other assorted goodies that come with the DVD's. It's right up there with Stargate as my favorite show of all time! It also has really good rewatch value! Though we have somewhat different tastes at times, I think you'd like it.

I really did have a good day. Tomorrow, I have to get cracking on my reading. It's almost the end and my motivation for study is at an all time low!

I'll join the overactive guilt complex with you -- seems like no matter how much I get done there's always more lurking there in the guilt closet. But I hope you resist and have a great day studying today.
