No way!! or Murphy's Law controls my life.
My other cell phone went completely dead probably because I had dropped it one too many times, and there was no bringing it back, except for maybe the original A/C charger which has been lost for some time. I was in an upgrade period so I decided to get one like Brandon's so we can share chargers and the like. I have ordered cell phones before with no problem. They send the phone but this time, unlike every other time where I either had to sign for the phone or pick it up at the post office if I wasn't home, they leave it on the porch. Enter Sammie, the dog who will chew everything into eensy, tiny bits to be strewn all over the yard. By the time I get home from work only the battery is intact. The rest is in shredded pieces in the yard. I am totally livid because, let's face it, the phone could have fit in the friggin' mailbox. I call Fed-Ex and get "as per a special agreement with this vendor, a claim cannot be created". I then call At&T to wail and bemoan my fate. Hearing my spiel the guy on the other end asks, "Did you just tell me your dog ate your phone?" I am on hold with him now while he sees what he can do for me. (I figured I'd whine post since I was on hold) He was rather sympathetic having had a dog once who ate walls. At the moment, it seems as though they are going to send me another phone! I just knew it would be a "too bad, so sad" type of situation judging from my past history with various and sundry customer service issues.
Off to get out of my work clothes and find a glass of tea that Brandon is going to make.

Bob used to chew up the post that came in through the letter box. We solved that problem by putting curry powder on a peice of paper and posting it through.
But when we tried it with Flash the pest actually liked the curry powder!
Cai might have been a problem but we have a cadge on the letter box anyway because of Flash.

And, they are going to send me another phone! I couldn't believe it. I just have to beat Sammie to it as she totally chewed up the note I left for the delivery folks.
