I want to wish

soniag a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY, today!! I hope you both are having a great one!

Brandon got home from Florida yesterday and I do believe he was glad to see me and glad to be home. He bought me a souvenir (T-shirt). Awwww. I'd like to hit the pool today, myself, though I am not even certain it is open. I think it opens this weekend. But as B's nose is still pretty burned and he has an earache to boot, I suppose I will put it off till next week.

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE summer. (I'm sure I have) Granted, I might not be so keen if not for A/C but I still love seeing the sun and being around the water. (I really wish I could do more water sports types of things but, alas, no boat and no extra money).I don't really mind the heat until it gets into the 90's and then even that can depend on the humidity and whether there is a breeze. But, again, A/C exists. Not sure what my tune would be without it. Now, I just wished I liked yard work and washing windows. Mine really need it but I am exceptionally lazy here lately where deep down cleaning is concerned.

I finally purchased my D*C ticket today. I don't know why I put it off as it is cheaper earlier in the year. Now I need to decide which days to put in for. Haven't we typically driven down on Thursday and came home on Monday?
