Oh, derm diagnostics suck! They even have computer programs to help, but I haven't heard many non-derm docs say they help.
Thankfully, if we're trying to rule out orthopoxvirus, we have other symptoms to work with. Those "I have this rash" ones are painful.
And grab relaxation where and when you can. You need it if you're going to stay sane.
