Got off work today and decided to go work out. Go me! However, then I wasn't really all that sleepy so I decided to upload my new vid. As scarym1 is aware, I about pulled my hair out over this one! Poor movie maker can't handle fast clips and had a nervous breakdown every time I tried to edit from within the program so I would have to save it as a movie just to watch my edits. Back and forth I would go and, in the end, I saved it as a movie a total of 58 times. Anyone who has ever used Movie Maker should understand  what a trial that was! One of these days, I am going to get a new program...LOL. Anyway, this vid came about due to a comment on Kawoosh that hip hop music would not suit a Stargate vid. So, I decided to see if I could make one. If you find the time, check it out...even if you don't really like or watch vids or Stargate (what's wrong with you?) or like hip hop...mainly because it sure was a lot of work and I have the bald spots to prove it!   /end gratuitous begging  ;-)

I received my HHGTTG DVD on Friday but haven't had the chance to watch. Neither have I seen Sci-Fi Friday. I hope and plan on watching today so I can read everyone's comments. But, now I am sleepy so I am off to take a wee nap! I hope to catch some of you on later.

Now, I'll readily admit that I'm not really a hip-hop fan, but this vid is AWESOME!!! Truly - I think this might be one of the best you've ever done. The clips were so fun, and I could see how hard you worked to make them fit just right. (58 times?! Honey, I feel your pain!) People, go watch this one - go now! This is great!

And I also downloaded and watched "Ice" for the first time. (Where was I when you first uploaded this one?) Another great one. Even the Dan/Jan devotee in me had to admit it was nicely done. ; )

Thanks, M!!! I am glad you liked it!! And that you saw/enjoyed "Ice" as well. That will most likely be the last hip hop vid unless I get a different program. The funny thing is there is another vidder on Kawoosh that was making a hip hop vid to my little challenge (I made it a challenge). We didn't tell each other what song we were using or what we were doing. She just posted that she had used the same song and even some of the same clips! What are the odds!?! It will be interesting to see hers when she has it uploaded.

Love your icon by the way. I need some new icons even if I can only have three uploaded at one time.

Where was I when you first uploaded this one?) I don't know but I do the same thing. I think I am keeping up with everyone's LJ and then I, somehow, realize that I have missed something.:-)

So it is done. COOL!!! I am going to dl it this evening.

I made some head way on my vid last night. I got the beginning finally straightened out. So far I am about almost half done on it. For some reason I was just inspired to do some work on it last night. It is so weird. I wasn't inspired for so long and now it is this "kind" of vid that inspires me. ; ) I even got another idea for the same kind of vid. Somebody stop me. : ) : )

Oh you will love the eps. I really liked THEM!!!!!

Well you know I'm not much for the music but I did like the vid. I can see what you mean about the 'fast clips' You poor thing! Well put together hon, remind me when the next vid awards come up. You deserve a nom!
