A quickie

• Work was very, very busy...talk about getting back into the groove!! But, my vacation did me good as I came back with a bit more patience (patients..get it...sorry) than when I left. Although, I did have to be my usual snarky, jokey self when someone came to the ER by ambulance at 3am because he stubbed his toe. I'm not kidding here. A STUBBED TOE! Let's get the doc in here stat!!!  I never cease to be amazed even though I always think, "this IS it. Nothing can amaze me any more than this!".
• Got home this am to find that ,due to weather (Is it me or do thunderstorms only happen on Friday nights), only 53 minutes of Morpheus taped. 53 MINUTES! And none of Atlantis. Trying to get the rest now via download from scarym1 as it cut out at one of those, "oh my, what's going to happen next" A brief reaction to what I have seen thus far: LOVE Vala. Love Daniel and Vala. Yes, if I hadn't had shippy leanings before, I am ALL THERE now. I just love every second I see the two of them on screen. Also, Very good team story. But, I still have to see about the last 10 minutes.
• I have discovered Veronica Mars at the recommendation of soniag. I had my reservations that it would be one of those teeny bopper angsty my boyfriend hates me plots that I couldn't really relate to in high school much less relate to at the age of 37. After the Pilot and the first three eps, my reservations are gone!  Dispelled into the wind. It is a great show!!! But, since I am watching the first season, can anyone tell me when the second season starts (or is it the third?) and what channel, time, etc? I am going to check out Alias as well......

Woo hoo Veronica Mars!

The second season has already aired and should be out on DVD in August.

The third season starts in October, the same week that Battlestar Galactica starts up again!

Cool, that will give me time to get caught up. But, I still don't know what channel/network this show airs on.....
