Brandon and I are off to C-ville for a bit of Christmas shopping today if I can just get motivated to get ready to go. Last night was the church play and Brandon did very well. I expected to not be able to hear him at all and was pleasantly surprised. We finally got the house decorated last Sunday with Brandon doing the tree ALL BY HIMSELF while I did the rest of the house. Last week was also his first band concert (he's playing the drums). Even though this was the first year, the sixth grade group sounded pretty good I thought. I hope he sticks with it and he seems to want to though he still wants to play football next year. Gah, I don't know how I am going to finangle that schedule but since I told him that if he makes A/B honor roll all this year, he can play next year. (stresses!) I just dont know how I am going to work out the conflicts between my work schedule and all the practices/games.

D tried the drums but like alot of things she lost interest. I hope Brandon sticks with it and that Football works out for you all. Way to go on the tree and the play.
