 I'm not going to say much about Heroes since I think that Mary is the only one on the list who watches and though I have reached the point of conjecture, it's almost a waste of time since I almost have a gasp-in-surprise moment during every episode.  Plus, I am only in season one. BUT, I couldn't help but notice Christopher Eccleston, though barely since he looked nothing like The Doctor.

But, the most hilarious thing, and the thing that shows that I am either:

1) Way more observant than I realized OR
2) Way more geeky than I realized

Is the fact that when Hiro's father, George Takei's character, gets into his limo, his license plate is NCC-1701. ROFL!!!!

I watch Heroes! But if you're still in season 1, I'll have to be careful responding to your thoughts so as not to accidentally spoil. (Because it's so much fun to go along for the ride.) Still, I'd be interested in hearing what you think.

And George was perfect casting, wasn't it? The perfect father for Hiro. And a wonderful nod on the license plate.

Well, it's really hard to know what I think. I was shocked that Claire's dad was Nathan...I was expecting it to be the Invisible man, who I haven't decided is a good person to help Peter or not. I also have in my mind that "Save the cheerleader, Save the world" isn't necessarily an if you do this, then this will happen. I have been thinking that it's a do this and then you will have what you need to do that...a sequential thing. (Well, in Peter's case anyway and, who knows, maybe for all of them.)I don't really believe that Peter is the one who is going to blow up New York. Speculation is so much fun but pretty much useless in such a convoluted plot. I am curious about Linderman, who seems to have many of them under his thumb in some way. I wonder if he is the one who gives Noah his orders?

Some brief thoughts:

* Interesting thought that Mohinder might be on the list. He's pretty yummy.
* I am already weary of Sylar and we just discovered "who" he is. Dump him or do something interesting with him. I just don't enjoy serial killer storylines, even if they are supernatural.
* Niki? Hurry up and resolve the whole Multiple Personality thing! It's getting old.
* By far I am most curious about Peter. It doesn't hurt that he's pretty yummy, too.
* And Hiro has the most wonderful facial expressions. I don't want him to become Ninja dude in the future who has lost his wonder.

And Peter is delightful. I've adored that actor since Gilmore Girls.

As for Hiro? I wouldn't throw him out for eating crackers, either. It's his spirit I love, as much as that cute face full of expressions. Plus, added benefit, he's a geek. He worked for ILM.

I Have a Netflix waiting on me but I have them coming so that I can watch some online during the mail turnaround. The only problem is that I haven't had any time to watch online so I have 4eps to watch before I get to the Netflix DVD here.

Heh, I love it! Great little inside joke. I don't watch but I think that's cool. I'm in a silly mood anyway, I'm listening to Johnny Cash's "A Boy Named Sue". I always giggle when he shouts out "My name is Sue. How do you do? Now you gonna die!"

Yay I love Heroes!!! I almost died when George Takai was revealed as daddy and thought I was seeing things with the reg plate - so glad someone else is as geeky as me!! I love Hiros actions in the next ep (not sure if you've seen it yet so wont spoil) I adore Hiro!
