gateslacker So, Merlin is taking forever to burn to DVD tonight....probs cause I added those deleted scenes to it. I've had about all the paper writing I can stand for one day.
It's pretty dangerous when I am on here and I have free time on my hands. You know why, dontcha? Because, then I must inundate everyone with whatever obsession I am on about.
So, I've fallen hard for Muse (Downloaded three albums and have been listening to them for three days...Like Linkin Park, they really help with the paper writing and cleaning house and driving down the road and surviving Brandon driving to work in the rain.)
It was this song that sucked me in, i.e., when I heard a song on the radio and had to ask surly teenager who it was. Teenagers must come with song recognition software. Of course he knew the name AND the artist.
Uprising drew me in. Here it is. (I try to find YT vids with lyrics and all typos, misspellings, cheesy effects photos are not my own).
Three albums later and I am liking just about everything. But, here is another song I really like, I Belong to You. And, I mean, how often do you hear a bass clarinet solo in a rock song? (At least I think it is a bass clarinet) Well, maybe you hear it more often than I think. What do I know, anyway? I just know I likey. (Plus, it has hit the vid making desire portion of my brain, striking a few latent M/A slash receptors along the way. Who knows if I will ever follow through).
