Well, it has been a busy weekend! Saturday morning, way too early, I had to be at the Grade school for the Health Fair. I spent the morning doing fingerstick blood sugars but it was nice...even if I had to be up way too early for a Saturday morning. Got to shoot the breeze with people coming by and I didn't have any wailing and gnashing of teeth although you never know. Some people can be such babies...LOL!

Afterwards, I was a good girl and went to work out. I am trying to be good about this although I have to say that I was only able to work out three times this week. I know it should be more, though. Then, I had lunch with my Mom which is nothing really unusual as we get together all the time but, still, I enjoyed myself. Then, it was to the ballfield for baseball practice. Brandon hit one way out in left field and actually made it to third base with it! (He's not the fastest runner so you have to understand the importance of that hit!!!) Maybe this bodes well for the season in that we may actually get to see the balls being hit! I sure hope so. I don't think I will be able to stand it if not...LOL! Then, I went to my hairdressor's (colorist, stylist..what is the term we are supposed to use these days) for a free facial and ended up buying some really good makeup. Then, I rounded out the evening by watching the latest installment of the Little House series. Yes, I can see this one is going to make me cry as well. My son is really enjoying the show as well (wow, something we both like besides spongebob!). Well, of course, he had to tell everybody that I cried...I think ti got away with him.

Sunday wasn't quite as busy. I overslept and was late for church. I hate it when I am late. Then, after lunch, mom came over and we walked around the neighborhood. The weather is wonderful and I have such a great place to walk living as close to the park as I do. When I got home, I finished up my latest vid and had a chat online with

[livejournal.com profile] docfrazier  and [livejournal.com profile] scarym1  which is always nice. Actually, my latest vid idea came from  [livejournal.com profile] docfrazier . During one of the panels at the Vulcon convention, MS asked "if anyone kept track of how many times Daniel has died." So, in that vein, I have tried to recount those times when Daniel was dead, dang near dead, presumed dead, and "alternatively" dead. It was really quite fun and I have to thank my "betas" as well. Check it out and tell me what you think. You know how we vidders thrive on feedback.....LOL! Here is the linkie

Oh yes, I also saw the trailer for HGTTG...I CAN'T WAIT!

And,

[livejournal.com profile] de23 , [livejournal.com profile] dm_lunsford ....have we decided on May 6th? As far as I know, that day is good for me!
