Doctor Who
Aug. 21st, 2010 10:58 pmThanks to
"Oh, I like Rory!"
"Sob! Poor Rory"
"Yay, Rory!"
"Oh no! Not Rory, too" and finally
"Aww, Rory. I <3 you!!"
Other bits I loved included the nod to Jules Vern (at least it seemed very Journey to the Center of the Earth -ish even if there was an allusion to past Who history I'm not privy too), the always engaging ancillary characters (except those vampire girls), the Doctor playing soccer(football, whatever) and the awesome River Song!

Date: 2010-08-22 11:08 am (UTC)The ole Docs been to the centre of the earth a few times now, and as its made up of some weird spider creature (the christmas special with Donna as the bride) its a good job theres alot of room down there. Strangely thats only just occured to me.....
Who, its just fab, mmmmm David Tennant yum

Date: 2010-08-22 07:33 pm (UTC)I thought adding Rory to the show was great. As much as I love the relationship between Rose and the Doctor, I do prefer the Doctor's companions to be just friends and not always having some unrequited love for him.
River Song is so fascinating but I don't have a good feeling about her.

Date: 2010-08-24 01:09 am (UTC)River Song is fascinating but it seems there is gonna be some sort of drama there. Just trying to keep up with her timeline compared to his is a job since it is so asynchronous. Oh well, that's time travel for ya.

I love that them getting married didn't end the adventure. I should have listed that as one of the bits!
I need Eleventy icons, too.
